- How do you communicate occupancy date changes, and how far ahead?

A note on comparing builders
Comparing builders on brand impression is not very informative. Comparing them on what is standard specification, how change requests are handled, and how occupancy date changes are communicated will tell you considerably more about what the next two years look like.
