Two home types are being built at The Valleys of Thornhill. They are different products, not two sizes of the same one.

Townhomes

Attached homes sharing one or two walls, usually on a narrower lot with less exterior upkeep.

Standalone homes on their own lot, with no shared walls and more exterior responsibility.

The decision is usually about maintenance, outdoor space and how long you plan to stay, rather than square footage alone.
