Low-rise communities, including townhome and detached product.
What to ask them
These are the questions that produce the most useful answers from any builder, and they are all reasonable to ask before you commit to anything.
- Which specific models in this community are yours, and which are not?
- What is included as standard versus what sits on the upgrade list?
- How are upgrade selections scheduled, and what is the deadline to decide?
- What is your process when a buyer wants a change after signing?
Published models
We do not hold published renderings or floor plans from Treasure Hill for this community. Rather than show another builder's home and let you assume it is theirs, this section stays empty until we have the real material. Request plans and we will send whatever Treasure Hill has released.
A note on comparing builders
Comparing builders on brand impression is not very informative. Comparing them on what is standard specification, how change requests are handled, and how occupancy date changes are communicated will tell you considerably more about what the next two years look like.
